not a clue.

did you hurt foot at some point, and the ache and the bruise are separate things, but both from that? if it's not nice happy usable foot for 2 days, i'd take it to the doctor for an xray, even if you don't remember hurting it. that's just odd.

it sounds to me (and i have 00000 medical backgroud) when you talk about the full body wacky pain, like you're describing going off caffiene or something like that. (what you describe sounds like a form of what i had going off caffiene.) when you dehydrated, did you also de-caffinate, or cease something else which would slap your body in a nasty way?

and everyone's favorite crap question: seen any lyme ticks recently? is that bruise on your foot not a bruise?

(i am not a medical person)

Upon careful examination of my foot, top and botton, no evidence of insect invasive contact. Bruise is all but gone and getting more comfortable to walk on. I am thinking now that the 2 might not related.

Based on episode of cramping in my foot that occured later, I'm thinking this is what caused the hard lumpiness on bottom of foot and tenderness when weight bearing. Only it must have happened while sleeping.

I am already decaffinated, and don't drink carbonated anything. I have experienced the caffiene withdrawal thing, although uncomfortable, not debilitating like this.
Anyway, it's gone, and I just need to regain previous energy level to be right again.

I'm going to add some lite salt to my food to see if that doesn't help with the foot cramping. Meh, works for the horse.
