If anyone recalls seeing the damage on my car that has been present since March 16, 2007 due to hitting a median on the way to work during a snow storm, please comment back.  It is VERY IMPORTANT.  I am being accused of scratching my neighbor's car while he was away for the past week.  He claims that the scratches on my car are due to scratching
