I've got to say, looking through the list of cheerleaders for paperlegends is a little depressing. I've been really excited about our fic, but it's apparently not at all what people are interested in cheerleading. I still love our idea, and I'm still happy to be writing it, but damn, that was a bit of a buzzkill.

at least it made it easy to pick? I'm still kind of O_O by how many people don't want angst. I can only hope it's because they feel they get enough of it from canon, and want something lighter.

I was actually less weirded out by people objecting to angst than by how many people don't want to read anything that isn't endgame Merlin/Arthur. I mean, I knew they were the fandom's favorite pairing, but I guess I didn't realize how anti other pairings involving either of them so many people are. I'm way too used to fandoms full of multi-shippers.

I kind of remember that being the case last year, but since our endgame was Merlin/Arthur it was easier to ignore it.
