That stupid cramp I had on Monday still hasn't completely gone. My right calf hurts when I get up to walk after being still for a while, and I'm constantly nervous that it's going to seize up on me again. It's not nice, being unable to trust your own legs. I don't like to go swimming when it's like this in case that sets it off, but I want to go ( Read more... )

Traditional manga: read from "back" to "front," right to left. The only thing that stays the same is that you still read from top to bottom.

Sometimes I pick up Americanized manga and open it from the back now. >.<
You should get used to it pretty quick. ;)

Eat more bananas! :D
Potassium is supposed to help with leg cramps... but I am not entirely sure if I learned that from nursing school or from old wives tales. Either way, I reckon it can't hurt... unless you're allergic to bananas.
