I bussed out to West Seattle to procure some food and beverages. First stop was the QFC to get some Senseo pods, as QFC seems to be the only retail source left for them. Is our farmer's market not the best? That's why I love this neighborhood. I also bought 2 bottles of that balsamic, same as I did last year. So worth it, even though 7 years is generally not nearly long enough for me to really love a balsamic. They do good work.

I take the bus all the time, and I know what crazy people are like. My favorite crazy guy is "Bearded Bike Man." He gets on the train at the same time as me every night. One night I was fidgeting with my earring waiting for my stop and he just yelled at me, "Hey lady! You're really pretty. So stop worryin' about it already. You're a pretty lady." Because hey, if a homeless guy is going to yell at me, at least he made it a compliment...
