Oooh! I picked this version of the song specifically for the violins. The original version is just way too beat heavy and I wasn't going to be able to keep up with that music. That you commented on the violins working for you makes me happy indeed. Thank you!!
God, I loved State of Play, and I love how you've got the cadence of the story and the sense of each character down so economically here. The violins really stood out for me. They gave the whole thing a really dramatic twist, like impending danger. Loved it! :-)
