That's not a dumb question at all! I had to ask how to do it too :o)

What you do is gather your caps and size them, edit them however you want. The ones I posted in my review were sized to 500 width and the height varied. Then you use your editor (I did mine in Photoscape) to put them in a collage - I used the checker format which automatically puts them in the 2 row format. Then you edit the spam as a whole - I brighted and saturated them a bit. You can tint it or whatever, put your own spin on it. Then you can resize it - I made mine 600 width - and save it as one big file.
