Lie to Me - If you're not watching it, it's probably the best show you've never seen.  Really interesting stuff, and of course, Tim Roth is an amazing actor.  I loved it so much, I paid to download and watch the first part of S2 on Zune, so I'd be all caught up to watch the second part when it starts airing here soon.  So that hopefully FOX will ( Read more... )

It really, really is. Fantastic characters, fascinating subject, interesting stories, amazing acting...in a lits of pros and cons, I can't come up with a single con.

I have little faith in FOX's ability to stand by how fantastic it is, but I have a little hope, since they evidently only originally ordered 13 eps of S2, then added the back 9 when ratings proved good enough. Hopefully that means a S3 is not too otuisde the realm of possibility.

Oh, icon! I must get one, myself. :D

I *heart* Lie to Me. It is so, so good, and Tim Roth is mean to everybody! :)

Ooh...Merlin is on the Netflix Instant Watch? Now I know how I'll be spending my day off next week.:)

I really really really like Lie to Me, even though every time the spouse catches me watching it, he points in random direction and exclaims, "He's lying! She's lying! They're all lying!"

I always have to throw something at him to get him to stop.

At one point I said "It's ironic really that they are lying to each other about lying to each other."

And my husband says, "What do you mean?"

"They're actors, they're all lying.....get it?"

I received a pillow at velocity at that point. I do love the show, and I need to catch up I think the last half starts next Wednesday.

I will say that Merlin isn't remotely trying to be accurate to any particular iteration of Arthurian legend.

However, unrelated to that, I will also say that it is the woooooooooooorst. Hahah oh everything it chooses to be. SO AWFUL.

But I was stockholmed into watching it by Tumblr and Angel Coulby's face and hung around for the Arthur/Guinevere (and Bradley James' face) so how much can I really say!
