Goddess of the Night....Hmm. Sounds similar enough to flynx, I am inclined to like it for that alone...

Love the icon, btw!

There are a couple of wild cat breeds whose actual names are odd enough to suit:

Jaguarundi -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jaguarundi

Kodkod -- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kodkod

Alternatively (doing a play on words here), teleporting through wall makes me think of transposition, which is also a musical term, and one type of musical transposition is a "clef", so, Clef Cat?

Hmmm. I think I want something without cat actually in it. So many things are so simply named in this book - "killer" "talented" etc, I think I want the juxtaposition of something less simplistic for these, but you know, easy to pronounce. :D

Telines? Leophi? Sfynx? Qatori? Chalynx? Panpards? Cla'a? (pronounced "claw") Fleyta? Roci? Tijion?

I can probably brainstorm and come up with more, if you want.

Commonwealth is more generic, though it's sad that you can't keep Flynx, it's a cool word.

Ch't'
Mrrrv
Telepard

I suppose it depends in part on who got to name them.

I am very, very partial to Flynx. :( I keep thinking "but, but...it's not spelled the same, and the other Flinx was a character name, not a species name."

*sigh*

Hmm...I doubt it's different enough, especially if your world has similarities other than just the two similar worlds. I offer sympathy, though. Flynx is a great word.

the Polh?

I asked them, and they said they won't retaliate against our planet if you make them famous by putting them in your story.
