I haven't yet posted any snippets with Callista, McClairen's heroine, in them. This is fairly rough yet, but should give you a glimpse of her personality.

heehee, that's something *i'd* do. and take some time to comfort each freed captive. "awww, poor thing, are you all right? are you thirsty? i think i saw a little stream over there" *stands up* "it's only a few minutes of brisk walking." *starts to head away*
