the readout on my treadmill doesn't work sadly, so I don't know how far or anything, but I've gone from 15 minutes to an hour and barely able to breathe to healthy huffing-but-still-holding-a-conversation in about the same time frame. I'm really excited that at minimum, I know my cardio status is improving, which is my biggest fear. Skinny I prefer, no heart disease, I require :D
