Government Shutdown ... Here We Go Again ...

So in the US of A we have a massive government shutdown, ongoing since the 1st of the month. Now if you do any surfing of the Internets you can't escape the bloody thing. Just cannot if you hit any of the news sites, unless you are hitting extremely local and specialised sites.  And why is it happening? Believe me a lot of Americans from the US are

I live here and I don't understand them either. They are a tiny group of people who yell louder than most and because they are the proverbial 'squeaky wheel' they get a lot of attention. But don't let the trappings fool you, they are massively funded by corporate interests who are using them to get their own extreme pro-business anti-everything else agenda out there. They are in no way, a grass roots popular uprising. These people are organised and funded in ways other groups only dream of being.

That they act like toddlers does not surprise me. They've got away with their bad behavior for years now. And now that someone is finally calling them on it, well let the finger pointing and blame game begin. BTW it looks like the Senate just saved their collective asses and put out a compromise that pushes the crisis out til January/February 2014. They need to settle this, and do it so we don't keep shutting down government and running up against defaulting our bills. This is NO way to run a country.
