Yay indeed! I thought about asking you for favorite typically Finnish recipes for baked goods, you know. :-) If you have any, please do let me know - I don't think I'm going to stop baking any time soon!

Mmmmmmh, they look DELICIOUS.

They are quite tasty! I thought it was very interesting that the dough is made with ricotta - I've never baked with ricotta before. It was the main reason why I chose to make these rather than something less Christmassy. ;-)
