Blackhawks Bakeoff: Potato Chocolate Cake

The Blackhawks play their first second-round game against the Minnesota Wild tonight, and our bakeoff player of the day is center Brad Richards.

They are pretty tasty! :-) The recipe is here. I like that they're not too sweet - but next time I'm going to add walnuts and rum. :-)

I guess it's sometimes an advantage not to even be in the running (hockey really isn't a thing here).
