Interesting chapter! It seems right that Guy would be drawn to order and stability. (The flash of temper feels on-target, too.) And his interest in the destrier definitely suggests that his commitment to being a monk is not quite as strong as he might think.

Love the scene with Guy, Isabella and Lambert. Isabella is starting to show her little claws! ;) Her quick change of mood and temper is very in-character. And her laughter, and remark, when Lambert says that she and Guy are like family to him... wow, nice, eerie foreshadowing there. Yes, I'd say that the Giz Kids are not the best adoptive family to choose! :D

I think the Guy we see even on the show is very much a law-and-order kind of Guy. I think (aside from his resentment of Robin for other reasons) the thing he really doesn't like about the outlaws is that they're upsetting the balance and the natural order of the universe. ;)

I think the poor Gisborne kids could have been a good family if fate hadn't intervened. *sigh*

Oh, I agree about Guy. Actually my friend and current coauthor tangofiction keeps pointing out how ironic it is that on RH, the principal "bad boy" is also the character with the most conventional values and aspirations (including domesticity).
