Really enjoyed this look into Brian's improved psyche- your characterization of him is spot-on. I really enjoy how you've detailed his personal growth without turning him into someone we don't recognize.

Thank you for thinking so, Brian is always a hard character for me to write and I'm always going over every line he speaks or every tiny story that makes up 'him' over and over in my mind. I'm so glad you can see him in this, that's a wonderful compliment for me. :) Rory
I’m tired and not feeling well at all but I had to read this. This is simply brilliant. It was like I wrote to Sapphire about one of her fics. This is your Magnus Opus. Just reading the first paragraph is like hearing a song performed with the perfect pitch and cadence. Enough gushing, the review:
You have Brian reacting in a similar way with his mother’s death as with his father’s. That was a nice touch that Justin understood how to help him get through it this time and just what to do. I always thought that Justin should have been there at the funeral with Brian, but now I see it at a different angle. And this time with having Brian against the wall was a nice twist.
“I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free.”

I'm sorry you're not feeling well but I hope this gave you a bit of a reprieve. Thanks so much for being so in tune with what I wanted to convey about this and the correlation to the series within it. Michelangelo was brilliant! Thank you for taking time out to read and give me feedback, Rory
