I'm interested to hear your thoughts on The Stupidest Angel. I saw it in the bookstore yesterday and it caught my attention enough for me to pick it up off the shelf and read the blurb, but not quite enough to buy it.
Kushiel's Dart when you've finished it, as well. I'm reading that one at the moment, too, but ... I have been for months now. I keep getting distracted by other books and I never finish that one.
'The Stupidest Angel'? Not bad, I have to say. Quite funny, if strange (the zombies towards the end were, shall we say, unexpected). I liked it enough that I'd read some of Chris Moore's other books.
Yeah, 'Kushiel's Dart' is rather slow reading for me, as well. I like it, I just don't feel any pressing urge to find out what happenes next.
I may have to pick that one up, then. :: goes to add it to Amazon wishlist ::
That's exactly my problem with Kushiel, too. I like it, there are characters that I'm at least somewhat attached to, etc. But when I put it down my mind is off it. I'm not itching to get back to reading, so other books just end up taking over.
