I dumped Heroes when their response to viewer complaints about the show was to remove it and run American Gladiator in response. Funny... I haven't watched anything on NBC since. Heroes was the only thing they had that I wanted, and once they raised their middle finger to the fans, I raised mine to them.
It's not my job as a customer to worry about a business' internal workings. It's my job to worry about if they're giving me the service I want, and if they can't keep their shit together, I'll just spend my time on something more worthy.
Understandable, but since a LOT of shows were in the same crunch, a lot of programs got put on the shelves because of the strike and subbed out for non-writer required Reality TV.
Hell, there was a lot of movies that got shelved for later or were rushed into production to beat the strike. But whatever. What is is.
