2) We have one, but I like doing it from scratch with my food processor. (Okay, the machine belongs to ktok and I don't know how to use it. I admit it.)
3) I've delegated what I could. I just like my rituals to be somewhat of a surprise so people get the biggest effect out of them (otherwise it would be like going to see a movie for the first time and someone tells you "Verbal is Kaiser Sose!") But that also means most of the preparations are on my head, too.
