A video was recently released on YouTube showing a student at UCLA being tasered by campus police after refusing to show his ID card or leave the library when asked. The video was taken by another student on their camera phone. No doubt this kid was violating the rules and refusing to cooperate with police, but I don't care what he'd done, there is

Oh, come on. The officer saying "stand up or we'll tase ya again" was clearly in fear for his life.

The kid was a moron for acting the way he was but he didn't need to be tazed. f the police officers couldn't haul his rear end out of there then they need to lay off the donuts. There was no need for a tazer. They could of easily carried him out of there with no harm being done. Hell I could of done it myself, and there were 4 of them. I smell a lawsuit.
