Derek Hawkins' Washington Post article describes how the "black bloc", anarchist rioters who go ot of their way to riot in their identity-hiding all-black uniforms, is making a comeback. I saw a story back during the Toronto affair that at one of the riots (in Montreal, I think) someone noticed that significant number of the BB instigators were wearing the same boots as the police. Not definite proof they were agents provocateurs rather than anarchist knuckleheads, but interesting none-the-less.
