I have decided, however, that spelling in Vietnamese is retarded. Kind of like English and Gaelic kind of retarded. Why does the "d" make a "z"? WHY ISN'T IS JUST A "Z"?? GOD. WHO CAME UP WITH THIS SYSTEM
