I usually don't even make it to the boobs because in those drawings the eyes are so fucked up. I like Minekura, but damn, sometimes her art style is very harsh, and off.
personally, i find the eyes much worse than the boobs. HER RIGHT EYE IS SLIDING OFF OF HER FACE DDDDD8
also, re: the boobs & the previous picture you linked, vs the stock photo, those are 2 entirely different cup sizes. the model in the stock photo is an a-cup, maybe a b. kouga's picture looks like she might be drawing a c-cup (which would look more like this). minekura's picture looks like a D or F-cup, which would look like these or these. if she's trying to draw a young woman with perky breasts, she needs to make the overall size of them a lot smaller.
1. The character from Kouga-sensei (the previous entry) IS supposed to be an A-cup. So I don't know what the fuck was going on.
2. Your point is valid when it comes to the picture in this entry. But I also have to point out that the woman in the stock photo is naked and Kanzeon Bosatsu has on a...corset thing? That isn't a tube top, so why is there so much sag that it looks like s/he is wearing a chemise?
3. Also, I said 'generally'. I hoped that was enough of a caveat, as I didn't want to look for big breasts on DA and get either fake ones or obscene poses. Guess it wasn't. D:
I am neither fat nor a post-pregnant woman and I have not been blessed with perky breasts! And I'm only a 34C. Boobies come in all shapes and sizes, don't discriminate! xD
But man, that eye scares the bajeebus out of me .__.
