FINALLY. This layout has been done for weeks but as I told you in my update post, I was stuck with the header. After many failed attempts, I settled for this one. (Feel free to replace it with your own though!) I opted for a minimalist look and neutral colours so that it could match most pictures. I've also been trying to code the controlstrip by the way. Thanks to lu_hesperia, I finally figured out how to do that.

How to Display the Sidebar's Link List as a List (Instead of Two Columns)

-Custom comment pages, navigation, header and sidebar.

-Title, subtitle, sidebar's default userpic and page summary.

-HOW TO INSTALL
「 Select Journal Style 」
Apply any S2 Flexible Squares layout (except Circular and Circular Brown).
Scroll down to Choose a Page Setup: set the ads to vertical or between entries, and select 2 Column (sidebar on left).
「 Display 」
Choose the light gray navigation strip.
「 Text 」
Replace entries' go earlier and go later links with « and ».
「 Custom CSS 」
Set all drop-down boxes to NO and paste the code. Save changes.
-OPTIONAL
「 Replace the Header Picture 」
In the Header section, find this:
#header {background: #000 url(http://i.imgur.com/D1oxfSS.png) no-repeat bottom center;}
Replace the current URL with your picture URL. The recommended picture size is 956x478px.
「 Enable the Default Userpic 」
If you want the default userpic to show up, delete the last line of the code.
