Well, I'm leaving on my long-awaited vacation to indulge in my second biggest obsession: scuba diving. I'll be gone for 14 days. I fly to Costa Rica, starting my journey 3 AM tomorrow, spend a night in San Jose (CR, not CA!), spend two days at the Arenal Volcano, then board the 110' Okeanos Aggressor on 4 July for a 36 hour boat ride to Cocos ( Read more... )

I'm going to try to take a bunch of above and under water stuff--hopefully a few will come out well enough to share here! (Of course, there's always photoshop!)

I love volcanos! I got to see the lava flow at Kilauea a couple yrs ago. And big underwater animals make my heart go pitter-patter too. It's going to be fun!
