If I claim a fanmix, how many tracks does it need?

There isn't a minimal number of tracks you need, since there are also very short albums. Any number of tracks you need to complete you claim is fine :)

If a TV show only has one season, are we only allowed to pick a single episode from it as opposed to that entire season (since that would be the same as the whole work)?

Also, are celebrity claims allowed? For musicians, I'm assuming it wouldn't do to claim one of their own albums.

If a tv show has one season, then you can work with the whole season. The "can't claim a whole work" rule only applies to tv shows with more than one season.

Celeb claims are allowed (anything you can think of is allowed, lol). You can claim musicians, as long as you only work with one of their albums.

If you claim a fanmix, that means you're making your own fanmix by selecting whatever songs you want :)
