Oh now I remember I told you I'd give you the recipe my father had used when he made some a few years ago. I promise you not to forget it when I'm home this week-end. It was a long time again but I remember his macarons were pretty good. It's really hard to cook, though. But it's worth it ! Ladurée sell macaraons in Harrods, London. I've never seen it but I guess they must be as good as in Paris !
