Same here. I would love a pet, but totally isn't in the cards for now. :( But I miss being an aunt to kitties an awful lot!

I'm slowly becoming more and more in favor of my idea to give myself the present of a puppy when I hit 30. A corgi most likely of course. :)

McGee, one of Brie's cats, is super alpha male. Loves the ladies, hates anything even remotely male. Add a male DOG to the mix and things get ugly.

That's what I'm worried about - I don't know what the Big Man would do. His reaction to my sister's (female) cats was decidedly BAD.

I may have to take a pass - I'm sure if I saw a photo of the dog, I'd totally cave and then have a daily rumble to deal with.

The good news is that I posted to the Davis LJ and there have already been several people who've emailed Brie. So hopefully one will lead to a happy ending for Lil' Diesel!

If he could take on Lacey and wouldn't mind living on 13 acres, I'm pretty sure Tom and the Debster would take him...they've been all hemming and hawing lately...

...but he'd have to be pretty ballsy to deal with Lacey the Terror-ier.

Brie sent me a photo and he's the CUTEST DAMN THING. I cross posted to a LJ community here and there seems to have been favorable response, so it sounds like hopefully there will be a home for the lil' guy.

I wish he could be here. I saw the photo and kind of fell in love!
