And yes, you MUST pay any employee payroll taxes. You can't claim that your nanny is a consultant or a contract worker and therefore responsible for their one taxes.

Thankfully, you can use a payroll company to take care of this. But like everything else, it costs!

Yeah, I imagine there are places that will gladly provide that service at a cost! Heh. I'm still one who uses my dad for all financial/tax/business stuff. :D But it was just hilarious to listen to my manager a couple years ago go on and on about the trouble of just setting up the forms and whatnot. Obviously their nanny didn't want it... ;-) I'm sure Mozzie would feel the same way.

LOL, of course Peter should run background check on Neal's nanny. I mean, if government resources could be used to stalk court Elizabeth and to figure out her birthday present, then checking the woman that would take care of Neal's kid (and have access to his apartment) is absolutely essential :D (And I can only imagine Mozzie doing his own research and then comparing the notes :D )

Thanks! Oh goodness, I'd feel bad for any person that applied, because Mozzie would most certainly stalk and investigate someone that would get that close to them. The background check is painless in comparison! Now who would be involved in the actual interviews... that could be a bit tricky and painful.
