I like the music. Wish I knew what the newsreel stuff was about, though. My German consists of stuff like "zwei bier" and "die rechnung, bitte".

The newsreel is about events in the "German Autumn" of 1977, a time when the radical left-wing Rote Armee Fraktion (Red Army Faction) was most active. The events depicted in the newsreel are the assassinations of Federal Prosecutor Siegfried Buback and Dresdner Bank head Jürgen Ponto and the kidnapping of industrialist leader Hanns Martin Schleyer. Schleyer was kidnapped to force the government to release several RAF members imprisoned in the Stuttgart-Stammheim penitentiary (hence the name of the song).
