Bat-ponderings

For what they're worth, my ponderings on Dark Knight are behind the cut. There are no spoilers for anyone familiar with the comics, just my bletherings on how the film struck me.

It's just hit me that this is a 12a. I'm amazed they got away with this!

Yup- 5 monkeys is the maximum.

I guess they got away with the 12a since there was no blood, and most of the violence happened off-screen. Of course, that makes it seem more hoffific, and I certainly wouldn't take a 12 year old to see it.
