Edit. I had to log in and out with google (G+) to get back to "regular" LJ with THIS login/user name. Very strange. My user pics and editing capabilities came back too.

I dunno, last time that happened to me I cleared my cookies and ran CCleaner to clean up my registry and the problem stopped.

I haven't had that issue. I don't mess with G+ at all, though.
