I know I'm a grown woman, and that I should be doing more responsible things at the moment, but there is something just so lovely about sitting down with a pile of comic books and reading them from cover to cover, regardless of time and chores, and the general mundanity that is life.

I've been meaning to check out Rat Queens forever. Have you taken a look at Brian K Vaughan's Saga?

Rat Queens is the best, and now that's in trade format, it should be a bit easier to get ahold of. :)

I LOVE Saga. It's like Perdido Street Station meets Star Wars in the best, most twisted way possible and it is so good. I'm trying to give it to everyone I know now as birthday/holiday presents!

Ahh I didn't realize there was a trade out! I need to pick it up. But re: Saga YES, good, spread the sickness. I want to get the deluxe volume that's coming out later this year, so I'll likely gift my first three trades to someone who needs to read it. :D
