are you as stoked as I am about Land of the Dead? Huh? HUH?! :)
and what are your thoughts on intolerable cruelty? I despised it personally. I wish the Coen Brothers would go back to making good flicks like Fargo and The Man Who Wasn't There.
I am so incredibly worried about Land of the Dead. I keep having these horrible thoughts that it will be a terrible movie and he won't stay true to his vision and I'll feel so betrayed.
However...yes...I'm so amazingly stoked about that movie. This summer!
You know, I didn't know it was by the Coen Brothers. But I thought it smacked of something offbeat. I like most movies. It's rare that I'll come right out and say I loathed a movie (Shadow of the Vampire). Intolerable Cruelty was okay in a completely blah sort of way.
I thought George Clooney's character was a bit too...peculiar to be interesting. He was off the wall for the sake of being off the wall. But the movie as a whole was entertaining. I'd never watch it again though. And I could have lived easily my whole life having never seen it.
