Just got back from a walk around the block. The sky was a mixture of orange and deep purple blue and the gradation between them was so perfect! There are no flaws in nature. The moon came out and it was brilliant! Not quite a full moon but getting there. And the silhouette of the mountains intersected the shadow-obscured trees who were trapping ( Read more... )

We were sitting on the grass by the Gorge wateway when all of a sudden, I noticed something floating down it. A non-descript kind of object . . . it I thought it was a log at first but then some dude in a kayak went up to it (to check it out Iguess). It was much too big and buoyant to be a log so I joked it was a crocodile . . . M said it was Wanda ( Read more... )
