I liked the story, but somehow I can't piece it together with the song. I must say that's a pretty awesome cover though, especially the guy does a really great job on the vocals, didn't think that would be possible for a male vocalist actually. Sorry for the randomness~
Haha it's all good. The song came out of nowhere quite honestly. The quote [the first sentence] was the actual inspiration, and then I found out it was lyrics, and well yeah ^^
The piece also took two or three different turns from the original idea, so maybe that took away from the original connection as well. Personally it's still nagging at me; like its not quite complete yet, I don't know. I was more confident with it's sister fic.
