To celebrate my figuring out how to use the scanner in the big ol' printer here at home, I've taken the liberty of scanning a few pics from Opera News and the awesome page that Bessie tore out of that magazine during my last trip to Europe. *sigh*

O.o A word of advice. When you post picture posts that take up a lot of area, please be courteous to those who have your LJ on their friends page by putting the pictures behind an LJ-cut.

You know, if the pictures were a bit bigger and there were more of them, I might have done so. But I decided against it in this case. In short, this is my LJ and I'll post whatever and however I want.

Sorry I put a damper in your day by posting beautiful pictures from some pretty high profile cultural magazines. You're free to de-friend me so that you don't have to endure looking at them.
