So, um, in case anyone missed it, I happen to have written the Epic Krockfic of All Time, How It Happened, and posted it over at ci_slash.

You'd think 6500 words of Krock would have taken care of all my ideas, at least for a week or two, right? Well, uh... right. I'm totally not writing faux-angsty Krock breakup fic right now. Uh, absolutely not! *

and I totally know how you feel, I'm constantly bombared with Shacob and Jalan ideas at school and it's like *flail! somethign to write this down on something to write this down on* Today I scrawled "JALAN MEET TOP 32 J BUG K SITTING TALK, J SING OTGDY - POST AUDITIONS?"
My friends like; Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa? o.O I was just like ... don't ask!

Hey that reminds me: Since you're all "journalist-y" I had a question about the general audition process for CI. Like... say we take Jacob for example. So he auditioned in Vancouver, then they call him and say "yay you made it come to Toronto" then he flies to Toronto and does he audition the same song again? How many ppl go to Toronto, was it like... top 100? And then how do thy get from 100 to 32 and when do they do the group auditions and do you remember who was in Jacob and Kalan's group auditions? And yah. If you could help that would rock :)

I'm not a journalist-type, but since I'm at school--waiting for my next class to start--and I'm really bored, I'm going to try and answer your questions.

a) There were two auditions before the auditions we saw on TV. The other judges narrowed it down, and then the "celebrity judges" (Sass, Zack, Jake and Farley) saw the people that the producers chose. (I believe the producers were the judges for the second round of auditions, so they basically got to decide who would be seen on TV.) Once you audition for the celebrity judges, they decide if you're going to Toronto or not, and they tell you right there on the spot. (That's the stuff we get to see on TV

Wow, the fic that I just wrote is SOOO inaccurate it's not even funny. Haha. For some reason I was just thinking they auditioned int heir hometown then auditioned in toronto then did a group performance and then got separated into rooms and then got to stay and did each of the top 10 groups... weird.

Do you know where u can download torrents of all the CI episodes anywhere btw??? I really want to see the audition episodes again....

I would totally delete it, except now I'm super-amused at how disgusted _ravengirl is over the idea that I'd honestly choose Zalan over Jalan. That expresses my disgust perfectly, so I'll let it stay. >:D
