Charger, all covered in scars like Vash! woo references, even if Smoker does seem to have a giant head there. Maybe it's just her boofy hair + boney figure (o god why did I just think "LOL SMOKER IS A PRO-ANA POSTERGIRL" :( )

SHE WAS THE FIRST ONE, SO I GUESS HER PROPORTIONS MIGHT BE OFF i do tend to scale everyone else to her most of the time
