As a brain sponge of all things idiosyncratically cinematic, I can't believe that I only heard about The Wilhelm Scream for the first time a few days ago. I've certainly heard The Wilhelm Scream, though, as it's been used in over 200 films, including all of the Indiana Jones movies. I'd be astonished if you hadn't heard it, too.
