Thanks! Yeah, it was either a vacation or eat every dessert at every restaurant in Ann Arbor. In one day. But that seemed kinda counterproductive.

Awesome! Keep up the walking. My friend Matt has lost over 200 pounds from walking, and is still losing (and walking more than ever). Congrats on your success, and full speed ahead to your goal!

Congratulations! I admit I've entertained the thought of trying Weight Watchers. I'm glad to hear it really works.

Weight Watchers CAN work. I'm ridiculously dedicated. I go above and beyond the call of duty pretty much every week. I'm conservative in what I count food-wise, and I walk twice as much as necessary, etc. etc.

Not to say that you wouldn't do the same! I'm just sayin' that I'm very diligent with this and that it's easy not to be. It's whatever you put into it.
