The latest Rolling Stone has an article about Jimi Hendrix's last days. He spent a helluva lotta time recording in the summer of 1970, which is why there have been around 40 posthumous releases by him (there's some overlap, obviously). Phew. I was a about to ask if I got any points for the Amish albino dwarfs and Jimmy Carter.

I threw in albino just to make it more "realistic."

Well played, my friend. I was with you until the Amish part; no one in that crowd would have known anyone from Lancaster County, PA. And I grew up there, so I know there have been no albino Amish. Otherwise, good post, great time, less filling.

Glad you liked it.

Yeah, I purposely made Jimmy and the Amish albino dwarfs completely over-the-top. I didn't want anyone to feel foolish for believing my little tale, so I made sure to make it obvious by the end.

The first paragraph is completely true, btw. It's the rest of it that's complete bullshit.
