Hey, I had two questions about the Resident Evil series that I've been meaning to ask and finally got around to posting them. The first question actually involves mention of the games and the second is about the second and third movie. But anyway, the questions are both posted behind the cut to avoid spoilers.

As far as I know Raccoon City was said to be in Oregon, I believe in the second game of Resident Evil. And Chase is the same actor from Apocalypse I believe.

There was a rumor that Raccoon City was supposed to be in PA. I know some people said that the games imply that. (There is enough nowhere out here in PA to do that...) It has never been confirmed. It's jsut assumed that it is somewhere in North America.

It's not the same actors... and they have different personalities. Snipers tend to get pigeon-holed with their personalities... as do a lot of characters.

Ah thanks, like I said I didn't know for sure. I didn't think they were the same actors, but someone was like. "Oh yeah, totally." I'm like, uh no. xD

When they pull back in the movies to show the satellite view it is close to the Great Lakes.

Totally late, I saw this post when I was looking at some of your avatars.

Earlier in the book there is mention of an employee that is woring on the gates at Racoon testing people. He had actually been the one to develope the fast acting T-virus test they were using to screen people as they exited. When they closed the gates, the guards moved him quickly resulting in him breaking a test kit in his hand. This Doctor was then evaced to San Fransico, where he turned and started the spread of the virus all over again.

So oddly random..and hope it helps.
