LOL, THIS SCENE! First of all, HE HAS FOILS IN HIS HAIR. HOW MANY MEN DO YOU THINK COULD PULL THAT OFF, ANSWER, JUST ONE, HIM. Secondly, Pam is doing his hair. And he's apologizing for messing it up. A 1000+ YEAR OLD VAMPIRE IS APOLOGIZING TO HIS CHILD FOR MESSING UP HIS HAIR. I rest my case as to why this scene is awesome.

I just love how she's always challenging him. She doesn't care that she's his underling because she knows that since she is his child she can pretty much get away with murder and go without punishment. BASICALLY DADDY'S LITTLE GIRL.

Eric: How intriguing. We’ll send an alert through the appropriate channels. Find out what the neighbors know. And Pam… [Pam turns around to look at him] Those were great pumps.
I LOVE PAM. I LOVE HER ATTITUDE. I LOVE HER STYLE. I JUST LOVE HER PERIOD. And the fact that Eric was teasing her about her SHOES!! Makes me giggle.

WHAT IS NOT TO LOVE ABOUT THIS. SEE. HE LET'S HER GET AWAY WITH SO MUCH. IT'S FANTASTIC. WHO ELSE DO YOU KNOW THAT COULD TALK BACK TO HIM LIKE THAT? ANSWER, NO ONE.

I love when we get to see a softer side of these 2 characters because normally they're quite tough and hard on the outside. But, as this scene shows, Eric cares very deeply for Pam, her being his child and all, and I love seeing that dynamic.
Top 5 Eric & Pam Scenes: #1 (1x4 - Escape from Dragon House)
THIS WHOLE SCENE. I pretty much love this scene because it’s the first time we see them together and you just get this feeling that there’s so much more to them than what they’re portraying. And oh God, I didn’t read the books until after, but seriously, I fell in love with them right away, and it was totally uninfluenced from the book.
