Homura-san... You basically need to use that Phanpy of yours to battle other Pokemon. Then once they're weakened, you catch them in a Pokeball.

[Which he will put a hand in his pocket and hold one out to her.] Pokemon battles can be tough, but they're actually a lot of fun wheneven you get the hang of them. Just be care to treat your Pokemon wounds whenever a battle ends.
