that's absolutely fantastic news about the blood pressure med. I have an appt with a new doctor week after next and I know I'm going to be put on meds for my bp. hopefully I have as good luck. :)

Thank goodness the meds had effects you can feel and so damn quickly. And I think you are right, as you begin (GENTLY!) to add exercise back into your life, it may well become unnecessary. But meanwhile, godsend.

Got your message but with the wind in the speaker (it was blowing today!) I missed some of it. Still, I think you said you were in the city on Friday? I will be around during the day (working from home) but do have a 6:30pm Board meeting that evening. :( I'll call tomorrow and see if we can find a good time around that. Maybe a sleep-over and a second watching of the SPN season finale? ;)
