SPN Fanmix Redux

Feb 10, 2007 16:48

I've had a couple of requests to re-upload my SPN fanmixes. (Glad to know y'all are willing to give the music a chance. *g*) In case you've missed any or all of them and want to check 'em out, I'm sending you to the original entries because you can find the amazing artwork that gigglingkat has done for these.

Just dropping a note to say that all your mixes are in heavy rotation whenever I need some background tunes or a little something all chair-dance...ish. Dirty Dreams is definitely my driving soundtrack right now (no matter what the passengers say because we all know who picks the music). Gotta say Aqualung was sent off to its own special folder and deleted from all playlists--how can anyone tolerate that song? That was pure evil of you, including it. Thanks so much for compiling these and providing such a great little fandom bonus.

Also, it's kind of funny seeing the love y'all are spreading for Bobby and his redneck Latin. Bless your heart.

Thanks so much for this note. As for That Fucking Song...dude. I have a history of HATE with that song. My thinking? Is that I should not suffer alone. (And, well, my evil-ass flist wanted it on there. *grim look* In the words of my trash rock boyfriend, welcome to my nightmare.)

I'm tickled as hell to have found myself in a fandom where my taste in music actually can contribute a little something-something. Giving folks a chance to try out some artists or tunes they might not have found on their own is my pleasure.

And, yeah, Bobby is of Teh Awesome. I adore how much crazy fangirl love he's getting. Now I just want some screentime with Bobby, Ash, and John. *sigh* A girl can dream, right?

Glad you're enjoy the tunes. Cheers!

My pleasure. I figured some of my new LJ friends might like to check out the tunes, as well, which was the other reason for uploading these again. I hope you enjoy the music. :D

I already had Hellhound and Shag Ass but now I've grabbed the rest of the mixes.

I really need to buy an iPod.

I've not been commenting much here, but, you know, following you across country and round Chicago (and what is it with people on my Flist moving to Chicago?!) and, yeah, still glad to see you as it were.

OK, now I'm being weird. Sorry.

I had no idea I wasn't the only person on the planet sans iPod. *stunned* When I have a non-temp gig out here, my first "congrats on a real job" purchase will be some sort of mp3 player.

Never apologize for not commenting. I'm so behind on my flist, I'm embarrassed. I have to try to get filters or something set up so that I can try to at least keep up at least as a lurker in my friends' lives.

Chicago is pretty awesome. I'm slowly getting my balance again and settling into a very different rhythm. My life has become faster, more open, and certainly more populated than it had been back in Tampa. It's amazing just to have friends over or someone who is not a ferret to talk to when I get home. Ditto just being able to have so many places to go (though I haven't been to many yet) and things to do.

Weird is always welcome. Creepy has gotten a few people banned but Weird? Fine by me. :)

I have a little, odd, 1GB mp3 player. But iTunes doesn't speak to it. And while it *stores* 1GB it only *plays* 99 tracks. Still that gets me through a work day or two.

PS Love the ferret talk, all their individuality and play and cunning. (Of course, then I feel guilty for saying 'so and so doesn't have the sense God gave a ferret' but never mind!
