I've been getting twitchy about needing a community of people to share
myself with and to learn from and to be with. S and I have been
working on finding a church that could work for both of us (and M!).
I am not sure about church in general, and not totally sure about God,
but maybe I can be sure about a specific church. Church (I am hoping)

As Liesl said, good luck with your search! I, too, think this is an idea I want to explore sometime. Buddhism is very interesting to me of late. One appealing part (to me) is that it does not reference a god or gods very much...but it involves ideas that ring very true to me, and has lessons that I think are ones I need to understand and learn from. Non-attachment, dependent arising, compassion...
