Are there any active Romney/Ryan communities that anyone is aware of? Or has facebook completely killed livejournal? It would be nice to have a nice livejournal community like McCainPalin2008 was. I hate facebook...and twitter, for that matter.

FB hasn't killed LJ, but the number of short "oh hai I'm doing this" posts seems to have fallen off a cliff .

Not Romney/Ryan, but you could check out therightfangirl. All conservatives and pretty lively, with lots of discussion about the election to the politics of fandoms and everything in between. :) Icons even pop up there from time to time.

Well, you don't necessarily have to be. There's a handful of guys on there, and most of the topics aren't fandom-based. Not that I'm trying to sell the community, but neither being a fan nor girl is really required. Pretty much it's a comm where conservatives of all types can commune without libbies.

The only other active right sided comm I know of is of course conservatism, but there's a LOT of debate there.

You could always start a Romney/Ryan comm; I'm sure people would join. :)

I doubt anyone would join if I made a community. It would be just like the one time I tried yo have a birthday party in middle school and only one schoolmate showed up...over an hour late
