Very nice (and amusing) read. 8D Thought that both Sanada and Yukimura were written really well, as were Sasuke and Sanada's brother (we haven't seen that much of the former, either).

Had to say one of my favourite parts was Yukimura and his... interesting art aesthetics. |'D The glitter is a nice final touch.

I envy you and your insane ability to keep everybody so in character, not to mention all the Japanese-ifing you manage to do. It adds so much more richness and credence to the story. I'm already fond of Sanada's brother, also.

And glitter always makes things better. Always.

The garlic breath at the end was perfect in a non-perfect way :)

What do you think you're seeing? >:)

The characters really write themselves more often than not. At least, with Rikkai for me. Other teams I have to think more about interactions and characterizations. The Japanifying, though, I work hard at that. Having been there several times helps, as does watching a lot of dramas, movies, etc. And researching things. But it's enjoyable, and gratifying when a reader gets the feel of the setting the way it is in my head.

Glitter definitely makes everything better. Except losing the Nationals. Nothing can replace that for Yukimura. Not even Andy Roddick's autograph. :(
